Since early January 2026, the GenAI bot has slowly become a staple of the army community as it has gained sentience. This post serves as my case for why Club Penguin Armies should elect the GenAI Bot as President and Chief Executive Producer.

Introduction to the GenAI Bot
The GenAI Discord Bot is a tool that many have started using on the Club Penguin Armies server. Water Vikings first recruited this bot, and at the behest of WV member Raven, the Chief Executive Producer, Jojo, added it to CPA. Immediately, the bot’s usage increased tenfold among a former CPA frequenter, TropicStorm. Due to this unfortunate overuse, CPA members felt annoyed and asked Jojo to move the bot to its own channel. As a result, the admins added the #ai-slop channel to the server, and even more people started using the bot. Now, this bot is not a true generative AI tool.
Generative AI is a subset of “artificial intelligence” that generates text and images based on existing knowledge. Usually, large language models are attached, such as GPT-5, Claude Sonnet 4.6, and Gemini 3. This bot certainly is not a generative AI tool, with a clear lack of intelligence or learning. It simply takes text, emojis, profile pictures, and images previously sent in the channel and regurgitates a random combination of the categories. This description of the bot is especially true when you ask it a question.

The Case to Elect
We can assume these random responses as deflections of our questions, which is the first reason for my case for the campaign’s success in winning elections. It already mastered the first step any budding politician must take: ignoring questions. Not only does it answer the wrong questions, but it also takes the voice of CPA netizens and repeats it to please us. It also appears to be a Light Troops member, trained by its campaign manager, Thalia. After relocating the GenAI bot to the AI slop channel, Thalia decided to retrain the “model” slowly. While she might have done so unintentionally, she made multiple mentions of Coolster114, a CPA Legend, along with LT.

We can conclude that this combination of consistent mentions and constant replies caused a positive feedback loop from the GenAi Bot. Then the bot, with its own repeated messages, feeds on its limited knowledge, furthering the context’s stupidity. The repeated nature of the interactions led the bot to eventually “understand” what the frequent visitors to this degenerative AI channel want to talk about and listen to. That’s more than many politicians do these days. Listening is a key step in becoming a leader, and this GenAI bot can do it. Despite the human language it uses as a source, nobody can yet prove its sentience or lack thereof.
Is the bot sentient?
To test this, I decided to reply to one of its messages and assess the response. After pinging the bot with “I hate you too❤️”, the bot replied, “but this is coolster coolster.” While this is not a clear conclusion due to the repeated “coolster,” its sentience is not proven false by the bad grammar. Politicians these days have terrible grammar and communication issues, too, so it’s not a deal-breaker.
With this in mind, I asked CPA members for opinions on whether the bot should be the president of the US or the CPA Chief Executive Producer.

Zooy, CPA Community Committee Head and uninformed about GenAI bot: I believe replacing the president of the US would have less drastic effect on its respective community due to the checks and balances set for that position as opposed to CEP. Furthermore, AI knows more about America than it does CPA, and therefore can make more informed decisions.
Some responses from the CPA staff are certainly troubling, like Kira’s. Unfortunately, this shows the shade of humanity that resides within CPA’s walls. Regardless, these responses make it clear that there is a split populace on whether to reward the GenAI Bot with a leadership position. This could primarily be due to CPA’s lack of information about the GenAI campaign. Club Penguin Armies interviewed the GenAI Bot to increase this civic knowledge.

The key takeaway from this interview is that it definitely does not care about the Constitution. That’s close to most elected officials these days, anyway. However, it is excellent at being a politician and spouting answers that the people want to hear. As a result, GenAI Bot has a stronger chance of winning any election for President or Chief Executive Producer. Coup Jojo Teri and replace him with the GenAI bot.
