Typical’s Journey in CPA

Typical began her journey in November 2024, when she joined Aliens. She joined the staff team in June 2025. Typical was engaged to help the Aliens to win Around The World Cup II and October Horrors in 2025, including the Green War of Injustice in August 2025 against the Army of Club Penguin. She started leading events as a Sixth-in-Command and soon reached Fifth-in-Command. A year after enlisting in Aliens, Typical traded in her alien mask to become a veteran in November 2025.

Her new chapter

After retiring from Aliens at the beginning of November 2025, Typical started her new chapter. On November 11, 2025, Void Troops announced the enlistment of Typical as a Fourth-in-Command.

On her new journey, Typical learned a great deal from VT, made new memories, and even took part in battles against the Templars. Through her hard work to keep VT strong, she earned the rank of Third-in-Command. Her achievement, unfortunately, came shortly before the VT shutdown, but her career is not over yet.

Club Penguin Armies had the chance to interview Typical about her role as HCOM.

What is your favourite moment in VT?

My favourite moment in VT was winning the second war vs TCP, it’s always a good time to have a consistent team do well together. Battles have always been my fav part of armies.

Looking back on your army journey, are there any regrets or wishes you have?

In the way I’ve gone about armies I’ve always tried to do things to show more progression, so I don’t regret anything I’ve done. I am still on that improvement grind. I wish to keep getting better and do the best I can for the army.

If you could say something to your past self when you were a troop, what would it be?

Never stay stagnant, keep learning and don’t let anyone stop you from that. There were times when I just kinda settled, didn’t improve and expected things to get better around me.

When you joined VT in 2025, did you ever imagine becoming HCOM?

Yes, when I joined VT the goal was always HCOM. I find that since there is usually a smaller group in smaller armies there’s more room to progress and learn how to be more versatile in them. It’s a lot of fun 🙂

Has anyone in particular inspired you to keep going in the army for so long?

My close friends more than anything. I’ve mainly been mentored by Antman though, he’s helped me through learning a lot of what I know about the inner workings of armies, how to lead, and he has just been such a big help.

What is the best part about being HCOM?

The best part about being hcom is being able to be more involved, help with decisions more, and have more impact on what happens in the army. It’s especially fun when the other hcom and leaders are your friends 🙂

What advice would you give to anyone trying to achieve HCOM in their own army?

To be HCOM requires a bit of responsibility and consistency. You gotta be willing to help out a lot, but as long as you keep having fun and making an impact it’ll be a big help !!

Since Void Troops is closed, will you stay in VT for the next generation, or will you try to find a place somewhere else? Any project?

Vt are my people, they really shot my progress through the roof. I think it may be time for a new project to be in the works for me… 👀

Anything you want people to know, or tell them?

I want to let people know that this community is a place to have fun at the end of the day, let’s keep that fun going <33

With her eagerness to learn, Typical proves that if you want something, you can succeed. Her presence in Void Troops reminds people that no matter the situation, you can still have fun. What would you hope to see Typical achieve next with Void Troops? Who would you like to see in this column next?
