Dillon began his journey in 2012 by joining the Light Troops. Fast forward to 2017, he had received permission to revive the well-known Underground Mafias Army and the Romans. He led the army through the shutdown of Club Penguin, stepping down in 2018. When the army was shut down in 2020, he left the community for a short while.
A 2020 UMA Event
Once he had returned, he formed a meme army modeled on the Dillons’ Underground Mafia Army. With the army nearing success, he decided to create his own original army, White Troops, collaborating with Df44. The army applied for registration in the army registration channel on the official CPA Discord server, and Club Penguin Armies later approved it for meeting the requirements to host an event with a maximum size of four troops.

Declaration of War
On Sunday, the White Troops declared war against Scarlet Republic, an army that is not new to conflict, recently engaged in a conflict with the Army of Club Penguin that concluded with both SR’s and their allies Aliens surrender following controversy. This also marks WT’s first war following its revival earlier this month. Moreover, they also allied with the Clovers on January 15, 2026, just a few days before this declaration. In their website post detailing their declaration of war, the White Troops stated that they declared in the hopes of winning a ‘real fight’.
Club Penguin Armies reached out to Dillon for an exclusive interview about his reasons and future goals.
What initially prompted the declaration of war?
I’m tired of [CENSORED] armies being the only ones in wars. I was beyond pissed off when I saw the [CENSORED] that SR tried to pull to get out of the war, and decided that they weren’t getting out of it that easily.
What are your expectations for the war?
I expect SR to be cowards given Ghostt (absolute [CENSORED] and a fraud btw) has already said he won’t take part in a war that’s in CPA because he doesn’t like to get bullied by bigger armies, but thats okay. I’ll just keep declaring war until they actually fight us, like I said in the post.
Any words of advice for your troops and staff?
They’re all veterans; they know the drill.
Are you expecting any long-term goals for the White Troops?
Of course. This is only the beginning.
