On December 1, we asked the army community to leave the Administration some feedback, questions, and criticism. Now, it is time to visit what the community has to say.

Designed by Master DS
The current Administration, alongside its departments, has been working tirelessly to ensure the best comes to the community. Nonetheless, no staff team is perfect. We want to ensure Club Penguin Armies is still in touch with the desires of the army community. Therefore, continuing the trend of periodically conducting a Quality Check, we have decided to divulge a new iteration of it. Once more, the community was asked to evaluate CPA’s departments and give them some suggestions.
Furthermore, we boldly proposed to answer ALL serious and appropriate questions/feedback that we received. And so we did. Our department heads also cooperated with the Administration in this process. Thus, we already thank you for all the 70 responses we received and answered.
Without further ado, let us embark on this quality check.

Community Committee
Answered by Community Committee Head Zooy

i forget you exist
Well, we’re planning to host a plethora of new and exciting events next year, so hopefully we’ll be unforgettable (for better or worse)!
More engagement, less focus on Polls, Games, QOTD, more on weekly or bi weekly events.
That’s a great idea, a monthly event has been in the works! If you have any ideas for how you’d like monthly events to be, feel free to reach out!
Actually announce stuff in advance and not just spring it on people.
Yes, that’s something we’re definitely trying to improve! We’re aiming to work with the media team more in the future in order to inform the community ahead of time!
We f’ing rule the CPA
Y E S
Make more engaging activities, seems fun but i don’t participate
Hmm, I definitely agree with you on the fact that our activities definitely have room to improve; if you have any suggestions on how to make our activities more engaging and fun for you, feel free to let us know! We’re eager to make our activities more enjoyable for the broader CPA community!
more game nights
Agreed!
New Years Challenge would be nice!
And here is the other feedback the department received:
Love you guys! Could we do a Star Wars Christmas movie night? Continue current trajectory Fine as it is
GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT
Answered by Head of Branding Master DS

Albeit difficult, try and recruit more people, the work done by this department is second to none.
We try to send out applications on a regular basis but it really depends on who wants to apply and do this job, we can’t force people to join our team unfortunately, and good graphic designers are rare in the community.
Yall need more recognition
Thank you we try
Love the current thumbnails and graphics that the department has been designing, I’d love to see news reports have custom thumbnails more often!
We used to release news reports more with custom thumbnails in the past but due to the sheer amount of news report posts that come out in a week, it put a strain onto the department; therefore, we had to reduce the number of assignments. But we are working on to bring some more customized graphics back to balance things out
Perfect as always
Top tier graphics
Thank you!
more animations (wait a second…)
Well good news, we recruited a skilled animator a few weeks ago into the team actually! She is now in charge of designing new animated logos and banners for the server during tournaments/parties!
none, its already perfect
Aww
Draw more Star Wars Graphics!
Well, the subject of graphics will depend on what they will use for, so we can’t guarantee more Star Wars themed graphics
Continue current trajectory
Properly enforce branding. Would be nice if established armies each got something that represent their army. Maybe a banner, or a designed penguin for them to use. Not all of them can afford good GFX. This is a random suggestion, but would be nice to see. Doesn’t have to happen. Maybe it can even be a reward for winning a tournament, other than just the trophy.
The main job of the graphics department is to produce graphics for posts, tournaments, and activities within the server. So, our graphics highly depends on what they will be used for; and we try to maintain the same criteria for all of them so I’m not sure how much branding we can enforce. For the customized army penguin idea, we are not responsible for graphics used by individual armies, so unless they specifically request a graphic designed for them, we’re not gonna make it. Also, for the personalized reward for tournaments, that is not a bad idea, we could look into it.
nice
NO CHANGE NEEDED ITS FIRE
THANK YOU!
moderation DEPARTMENT
Answered by Head Moderator BestPenguin

sure ur fine what else can u do
Do your job. Either moderator fairly or not at all. There’s a very good Head Mod but nothing seems to be changing.
Thank you for filling out the quality check form and for your review. We are trying our best to moderate fairly, and there will be some major changes to the moderation rules, so hopefully things will improve!
Yall don’t moderate sh*t 🙁
:(( If you do have a suggestion, please DM me I’ll consider it.
Terrible moderation
Sorry you felt that our moderation is terrible, we will try to improve it.
Less weirdos in CPA (same suggestion as earlier but just nuke the community atp)
In 2026, no more weirdos in CPA.
actually moderate
We try our best to moderate; however, due to time zones, there are times when we are not able to fully be present. Thank you for your suggestion. We are working to improve our moderation across all time zones!
I have none, but be more strict
Consider it done.
Continue current trajectory
Thank you!
Be more active ig? But nothing rly
Thank you for your suggestion, we are working on it!
Social media DEPARTMENT
Answered by Head of Social Media BEASTO

beasto makes me cry internally
Goooood….. >:D
Add insta on the social media department
We are still in the process of getting used to TikTok so an Instagram or X or any other social media is still too early to consider
Your content strategy clearly is not working, study trends and what’s efficient online.
Trends won’t always work if they are outside Club Penguin’s theme, we need to always remember that armies rely on Club Penguin so our content has to stay how it has always been, with more activity, and you never know when something hits.
More videos; you aren’t limited to event videos.
I like the Tiktok move! Would be cool if X got attention tho, as I feel like if news are posted there it would interest more people too.
the tiktoks are corny..
More stuff on YouTube other than Klondike after hours
Battles and Events Videos and KAH are our focus rn but we have plans for more stuff in 2026, so stay tuned for more.
TOP TEN COMMITTEE
Answered by Top Ten Committee Head Dino

Not to the TTC directly but continually encourage armies to submit earlier as this helps the actual members of the TTC do their tasks earlier, ergo an earlier Top Ten.
We always ping leaders early on Saturday to remind them to submit events on time. However, some leaders still do not send promptly, which results in small delays in calculations. Nonetheless, this issue used to be far worse a few months ago. We are glad army leaders are being more mindful and cooperative nowadays.

Pls don’t be bias thank u
???
“Great job team” – Mark Zuckerberg
Perhaps adding land to the formula could boost map activity?
Please put the rules for armies to look over somewhere! A lot of them is a guess or find out type of rules and would love to see it defined somewhere, I think it would make it easy for everyone. Also, would be nice if the people in charge of the armies would reach out more often, to verify the penguins, there’s been many problems with this recently.
We do have a WIP for this actually that I started earlier this year, so we will get this done in January. As for the latter part, we do tell our members to do that and all trainees are taught that. Lydia for example did that for her first week with ACP. We will reiterate, though, so apologies.
Go more into detail ig?
For the person who wrote this, do reach out to me and Link and we’ll see what we can do. This is vague and difficult for us to go off of.
reporting department

YOU get to writing smh
Hire more people
Reporting is always hiring (#apply )!!

Thank you so much! We appreciate your support
Having more high quality in-depth articles would be really nice, catching up with 20 filler news posts to find 1 intriguing one can often feel overwhelming.
We will take this into account in the near future. I will note that sometimes posts on broader news topics are going to be shorter than others with more intriguing topics. We will definitely work on increasing the quality and content of our articles, as that has always been our primary goal.
6-7 great posts per month, no that is not a joke
It appears that you may feel like there is a lack of quality in the majority of our posts. Constructive criticism is always welcome to be discussed with our team, but we cannot have that without more elaborate feedback.
Nothing here, good sh*t
None. But get your posts out on time!
Continue current trajectory
Thank you so much! We will continue to work on what were doing now. We appreciate the kind words.
try not to mix up interviewing people
We’re sorry if this has happened in the past! Once more, we will continue to better our department, so we are more than thankful for your feedback. Make sure to reach out to a Reporting Head as soon as possible when these issues happen so we can quickly fix them.
Don’t sacrifice quality for quantity but try to beat CPC/CPAL at posts. There is genuine pressure now that CPA org cannot underestimate.
This is a common point we have received since the reopening of CPAL. We understand, and we have always aimed for the highest quality content, especially in recent times. If a post takes a little longer to come out, we would rather that than a rushed post. Rome was not built in a day, and posts aren’t written in a day either. We will continue to ensure our posts are of the utmost quality, regardless of what competitors may say. We deeply appreciate the sentiment, and we plan to continue upholding our standard of quality.
I think the Penguin Puzzlers column could’ve gone further. I barely saw any questions about OG CPA, so would’ve been fun to see the community just guess what they thought happened, alongside the introduction to the event itself. Otherwise, the new columns are great, tho I have yet to see a post from What If? which I really enjoy, though I don’t know how long it takes to make one.
ur reporting is cool ig
administration
Answered by Chief Executive Producers Edu14463 and Jojo Teri

The Administration Reached a 76.7% Approval Rate
dear god go back to the 10+ limit on armies
“More transparency. It has improved recently but needs to keep improving. Stop mocking serious situations to attempt to deflect and move the subject, it doesn’t make you look good – it makes you look stupid.”
More events pls
Resign.
This will not happen for a while. Cry.
CPA is still a cesspool.
i think the rpf situation was handled horribly, but jojos cool
My thoughts on the state of CPA is nothing. For the admins: NO MORE FORCE TREATIES!
It’s good
not feeling as fun as it was in wars
In a recent post, the Administration has made an appeal to Major armies. There is a sentiment in the community that the major side of it is very secluded and inert when it comes to warfare engagement, something not seen in the Small/Medium side, which is inarguably very active with wars. Alliances being used as shields, lack of interest in interacting with other armies… This has to change. This Administration is completely committed to build an environment that fosters warfare, as seen this year. We are at the disposal of armies themselves, as we cannot do this alone.
Would be cool if CPA would involve themselves on other CPPSes other than CPAB, maybe through competitions or something of the sort, where armies take part and its fun. Otherwise, nice job, I like the new uniforms for each tournament and the uniqueness of each tournament. It is clear that there’s care put into the project, even if there’s conflicts here and there (which are normal). As long as the Admins care, it’ll work out.
We deeply appreciate the compliments! It is good to see the community noticing the passion, care, and love this Administration has for its armies and the organization itself. Next year, we plan on introducing even more uniqueness to tournaments and working even more closely with CPA: Battleground to deliver new rooms. In what concerns our relation with CPPS, we cannot divulge our plans for this just yet. However, this is surely something that this Administration has contemplated and will work on in 2026. We believe that strengthening the gap between Club Penguin Armies and the CPPS community will bring back the soul of this community, which was lost a few years ago when it isolated itself.
cpa summit was the best thing to happen to the league this year
Thank you!
It’s on a slow decline with all the toxicity people have been producing
This community used to be more toxic than it is nowadays. A certain degree of hate is to be expected, since this community is all about army rivalries, wars, battles, and disputes. Thankfully, we have learned as a whole to frown upon many really damaging attitudes that were recurring and labeled as ‘normal’. Of course, some toxic people might appear here and there (we are in an online environment after all). However, we are sure the army community, alongside the Administration, will not tolerate dangerous behavior.
We want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us. Your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions are incredibly valuable and play a vital role in shaping the future of CPA. We are constantly working behind the scenes to improve every aspect of our league, and your input helps guide that process. Moving forward, our department heads will begin implementing some of the suggestions we have received, as we want to make CPA great again. The Golden Age is here, and more is yet to be delivered! 2026 will be promising! The best is yet to come.
As always, our direct messages on Discord are always open to hear more feedback directly from community individuals. Do you have any questions for the administrators?
