As the year comes to an end, music listeners worldwide come together to share their Spotify Wrapped. This year, I messaged various members of the community to share their results. Today, in this post, I will be evaluating their music tastes.

Before we begin, as it would be unfair to rate everyone else’s music taste without sharing mine first, let us have a look at my top songs and artists of 2025.
Riri’s Spotify Wrapped
To start this off, 96,656 minutes of listening is exactly 67 days (pun intended), and shows that I have no life whatsoever and practically live in my headphones. It also says that I am a very indecisive person who can not decide between being happy and being sad. As we can see, I can switch from Lady Gaga to Billie Eilish in the blink of an eye and clearly need to make up my mind. Finally, Taylor Swift as my top artist? So basic and unoriginal, I need to touch grass.
Kira’s Spotify Wrapped
I present to you all, Kira‘s Spotify Wrapped. Now, at first glance, it might seem like a normal ranking, but there is so much more there than what meets the eye. Firstly, let us talk about her top artist. Tyler, the Creator? I can personally say I have never seen her listen to him a day in her life, which shows that she is very obviously making a poor attempt at being nonchalant. Additionally, all her music shows me is that she is secretly a fan of dreamy pop music, which she tries to cover up with a tough girl exterior. Hence, her top genre was Pop Rap. Finally, Kira listened to music for 30,342 minutes this year, which amounts to 3 weeks. At this point, can you even call yourself a music fan?
Judy’s Spotify Wrapped
Welcome to Judy‘s 2025 Spotify Wrapped. Where do I even begin? As we can see from her top artist, Judy tried very hard this year to be different by searching for the most underground artists she could find and playing them on loop. Unfortunately for her, her true colours showed throughout the rest of her list. Linkin Park and Kendrick Lamar on the same page says a lot to me; Judy is attempting to hate to her fullest potential while being stuck in her emo phase from 2007. Her top songs show me that she is constantly switching between rage and peace faster than you can say ‘mood swings’.
Antman’s Spotify Wrapped
Antman‘s Spotify Wrapped is practically screaming “Don’t talk to me” and “Leave me alone” energy. His whole playlist is pretty much based on the 2010s, an era he wishes he could return to. If I did not already know any better, I would think he was an angsty teenager who stays in his room all day with nothing but his headphones and the curtains closed. With a Spotify Wrapped like that, he probably knows these artists and their songs better than they know themselves. At this point, I am genuinely concerned. Do you even remember what the sky looks like?
Scars’ Spotify Wrapped
Lastly, our final victim for today is Scars. Firstly, let us address the elephant in the room. 97,000 minutes of listening this year? Wow, and I thought I needed to touch grass. I would not be surprised if he sleeps with his headphones on. Secondly, Playboi Carti and Ken Carson? Okay, wannabe gangster. Scars is the type of person to watch My Little Pony in his room and sing along to the songs until he steps foot in public. If you ask me, this whole Wrapped feels very performative. Petition to see the real one?
Sharing music throughout the community is a fun way to get to know how similar or how different you can really be to the people around you.
