On October 27, 2025, the Elite Guardians officially allied with the Phantom Republic. Let us dive into the history of EGCP and PRCP!
Introduction
The Elite Guardians, founded by Cookky2 and Edu14463 on October 19, 2017, the Elite Guardians later shut down on January 26, 2020, but was later revived in 2023. However, again, the Elite Guardians shut down due to some controversies of staff members acting maliciously. But it was once again revived by Lass, Lady Eden, and Thunder. The Elite Guardians participated in many Events such as World War VII, Christmas Chaos, World War IX, and many more.
The Phantom Republic was founded on October 23, 2024, by xdemon, BillyBawb, and zez. But later shut down, but was revived by xdemon, pose4photo, and ab. The Phantom Republic has attended events as well, such as October Horrors, wars against PIC, and the Witches of Club Penguin.
As the 2 armies ally, we hope to see them both work together strategically and help each other along the way. And the maximum numbers go higher and higher as the Elite Guardians and the Phantom Republic attend their allies’ events!

Wanting to learn more about the plans behind this alliance, Club Penguin Armies reached out to Etheralm and xdemon, both leaders of each army.
What triggered this alliance?
etheralm: One of the PRCP leaders contacted me to talk about ARA and expressed interest in joining the alliance. Since it’s an alliance to help s/m armies, we saw no reason to do it.
xdemon: prcp joined the ARA, thus allying with egcp and the other armies
How do you think this alliance will affect the Elite Guardians
etheralm: The armies involved in ARA should help each other. We believe it will benefit all armies involved.
xdemon: egcp will prosper, prcp will prosper
Will you show up to each other’s events?
etheralm: Whenever we can! That’s the alliance’s objective.
xdemon: yes, training events whenever possible, special events, and ofc war when the time comes. We hope to receive the same from egcp!
Now that the Phantom Republic and Elite Guardians are allies, they will need to help each other along the way, on top of helping their other allies. Do you think they will make it to major? How do you think both armies will benefit from this?
