Zekrome Rises To Void Troops Leadership

This Sunday, the army community witnessed the induction of Zekrome64 to Void Troops’ apex position. Zekrome has some interesting history, which we will explore in this article.

On Sunday, October 12, Zekrome64 rose to Void Troops leadership shortly after Logical finalized his resignation. Zekrome previously served as a member of the High Command in the army, frequently attending the army’s events. Furthermore, this change completes the recent leadership changes in the army, also marking Zekrome as the army’s seventh leader in its 5-month history.

Zekrome asserted as the army’s newest leader

At Logical’s resignation event, Zekrome took his position through a short declaration made in the event channel. A leadership change was already anticipated in the Void Troops, as Logical had announced his resignation and the possible promotion of someone to leadership in advance. Nevertheless, Zekrome has already begun making important strides in the army. Before advancing to leadership, he had announced the promotion of three staff members to the army.

Zekrome’s Background

Zekrome only joined the army community this year. He has been a member of the Doritos of Club Penguin for some time, ranking up to Fifth-in-Command in the later shutdown army. Then, he became part of the Void Troops, where he was welcomed with a Staff-in-Training position. Recently, Zekrome was featured in the Lead The Way column, where he contracted to curb controversies, take accountability, and train staff to handle such situations.

A recent VT event

Club Penguin Armies reached out to Zekrome for a few words regarding his recent promotion.

What do you aim for under your leadership? For how long do you expect yourself to lead?

In the future, I hope to achieve pure dominance. I am aware that this will be a difficult to prove, but I always aim high in order to gradually grind and get there. I have many long-term goals in place, including strengthening the army’s divisions, and I am looking forward to seeing them come to fruition. I see myself leading for a long period, probably a year or so.

How do you see the army move ahead following the recent leadership changes?

Leadership changes can obviously take it’s toll on the army but It is now my duty to ensure that the army keeps running smoothly even after a leader retires.
