For seven years now, the Aliens have been dominating the galaxy. The Aliens have been making a lasting impact in the community for many years. Recently they celebrated their special seventh anniversary, and so we will look back through their history and the influence they have had through the years.

The Aliens of Club Penguin were founded by Sans and Bestpenguin in November 2018. The army had gained a massive following on the Club Penguin Online private server, attaining more than 40 attendees throughout their events. Unfortunately, on May 16, 2020, the army closed their doors as internal conflicts took place, and their main server, Club Penguin Online, shut down. Despite the army’s original disappearance, the Aliens made a comeback to the community, reopening on June 25 and maxing a total of 17 attendees.

Aliens revival event June 24, 2024

A month into the army’s revival, the Aliens gained major status back in June 2024, whilst consistently making high ranks in the Top Ten since their revival. To this day, the Aliens continue to thrive and continue their legacy of who they once were, and despite their original takedown, they will keep fighting to keep going.

The Aliens have proven to be a dominating force in the community throughout the past year. In most tournaments, they were always seen as a heavy contender, most notably the Around The World Cup II tournament. Their tactical brilliance has also proven worthy, conquering the Army of Club Penguin in a recent war.

7th Anniversary

For their seventh anniversary, the Aliens leaders held two events for their troops, one on September 7 and the other on September 8, allowing their troops to celebrate on either day, or both if they preferred, with approximately 40 troops attending each event.

Club Penguin Armies approached Aliens’ leaders Bestpenguin and Sheriff to learn more about their anniversary events and get a closer look at their achievements.

Congratulations on your seventh anniversary! How do you think the Aliens has evolved as an army since their initial shutdown?

Bestpenguin: To be honest, Aliens have evolved alot since our initial shutdown, before we never maxed more than 50+, we were never #1 in top 10 and we never won any tournament or reached to the finals of any tournament. But this time, we max 50+ easily for all tournaments, even maxing almost 80 in a tournament this year, we get #1 in weekly top 10 and got #1 in august month top 10. The highlight of this year is aliens winning around the world cup tournament and a war.

Sheriff: Aliens has evolved so much since 2020, the community has only gotten bigger and better! Kindness prevails!

This year has been a big one for the Aliens, but what were some of your favorite memories within the army?

Bestpenguin: For me, every moment I spend in Aliens is the best. However, I still remember the amount of happiness I felt when we won the Around the World Cup 2 tournament. It will always be close to my heart because it was our first tournament victory. All of my staff and troops were screaming with joy. Then, when we reached the finals in Legends Cup and maxed almost 80, I was amazed by the size. Another special memory is my birthday, when Aliens surprised me with a party. They were all hiding in spectator mode, and I had no idea, lol. Some more memorable moments were all the birthday surprise parties, the Green War of Justice, Christmas Chaos XIV, our 6th and 7th Anniversary parties, and all of our fun events and stamp missions.

Sheriff: My favourite moments with the army? Tough choice, but probably Christmas Chaos and ATWCII!

Had the army not shut down originally, what do you believe would have changed for the Aliens?

Bestpenguin: If we never got closed, Aliens would probably have around 7k+ members, with lots of experience in tournaments and wars. Maybe we could have even won AUSIA Arena and a few more tournaments in the past. However, we would have struggled without a stable CPPS source since we mostly do CPPS recruiting. To be honest, I’m satisfied with how things turned out.

Sheriff: If BP had kept the army going, I wouldnt be here in the position I am now. We would’ve got more tournament wins, but I wouldnt be there for that 🤷

Do you have a final message for the community as you step into a new year for the Aliens?

Bestpenguin: True strength lies in compassion. Love your troops with all your heart, and be a medium to make people happy and brighten their day!

Sheriff: Dont underestimate Aliens, KEEP GOING

Fortunately for the community, it seems that the Aliens plan to continue their legacy and name, and perhaps, potentially, we’ll see even more coming from the Aliens in the next year. Club Penguin Armies wishes the best to the Aliens and their community.
