On June 21, SirNick, a familiar face around the Templars of Club Penguin, announced his return to leadership. Let’s take a closer look at SirNick’s story and their ambitions for the Templars.

Throughout the community, armies are facing a busy and demanding period. As wars continue across the community, armies are also preparing for the Legends Cup XV and the Summer Olympics. Consequently, many armies are managing several priorities at once. One such army is the Templars of Club Penguin, a consistent top ten contender that currently holds Major status.
The Templars seem to be ones for the chaos, however, declaring war on two different armies in the weeks leading up to the aforementioned tournaments. This may be all part of a greater plan from TCP, though, as it comes right after the reinstatement of SirNick to his leadership position. SirNick is a seasoned Templars veteran, originally leading the army in 2021. Stepping down after some time as leader, SirNick has been in the background watching the community ever since. Acquiring key resources for war and tournaments is always a great move, and the Templars did just that. On June 21, SirNick announced his return to Templars leadership as Grand Prior.

Club Penguin Armies contacted SirNick in an interview to learn more about some of his goals surrounding the Templars.
So, how did you get into CPA?
Got into cpa in like 2021, and fell in love with the community. I joined like right at the start of the magma clan wars and it was super fun raiding them. Still probably my favorite templar memory. However this time around i came back becuase Xing invited me to christmas chaos i think it was. I came back, We didnt win, but i kinda lurked for a bit.
Now that you’re leader again, what are some of your plans for the Templars?
While lurking for a bit, I got to observe the army a lot. And despite tcp falling in members during events and struggling in the background, I dont think tcp has ever had more potential behind its mods and hcom. Because of that I talked to Echo, got more involved in the background. And eventually was given Grand Prior. My plans from prior to getting gp and now that I have gp are the same. I want to focus on templars internally, Help properly train next leaders, and help optimize how things run in templars.
Do the Templars have their eyes on the Legends Cup?
100%, With us rising at the moment and Templars always having the ability to do the impossible time and time again. We’ve put Legends cup on our roadmap.
And what about the Summer Olympics?
I believe we are participating but it hasnt been discussed as much.
SirNick evidently seems to be entering this new chapter full of focus and determination. With confirmed participation in the Legends Cup, the army appears committed to positioning itself for success. SirNick’s leadership, one backed by experience and passion, makes him a fitting candidate to help get the job done for the TCP. What challenges do you think SirNick will face as he leads the Templars again? Do you have any expectations for the Templars and SirNick?
