Refreshing our content
Club Penguin Armies constantly strives to evolve to keep our community members engaged, entertained, and informed. The media division of CPA continues to break new ground, delivering timely news and entertainment with a sharper focus on community-centric engagement. Backed by an experienced editorial team and adept reporters, we are committed to surpassing existing achievements. Through innovative, dynamic formats designed to excite and entertain, we ensure our content resonates deeply with our audience.
To amplify this shift, we have meticulously evaluated our content, guided by insightful community feedback. While certain segments have thrived as audience favourites, others have fallen short of the vibrancy we strive to cultivate. After thorough deliberation, we are revitalising our lineup; retiring underperforming columns to introduce fresh, energised content that prioritises interaction, entertainment, and sustained reader involvement.
Out with the old, in with the new
Starting next week, we will bid farewell to three of our current columns: Memorable Moments, Picture Perfect, and Undercover Troop. While these columns have served us well in the past, evolving audience preferences and engagement trends have rendered their continuation impractical. Our other current columns, This Day in History, and Overworked And Underpaid will remain in our lineup for the time being, continuing to celebrate CPA’s history and its talented designers and artists.
To replace these retired columns, we are pleased to introduce three new additions to our lineup: Lead the Way, Leaving a Legacy, and Penguin Puzzlers. This strategic refresh demonstrates our commitment to maintaining relevant, engaging content that evolves with our community’s interests. We’re confident these changes will better serve our readership moving forward.
1. Lead the Way

Designed by Master DS
Firstly, we are proud to introduce Lead The Way. If you ever think about what decisions you would make if you led an army, this is your column. Each edition of Lead The Way will focus on community members who are not leaders, presenting them with a unique scenario that a leader may face. The column aims to give insight into the different approaches and ideas people have towards leading, and show that there is more than one way to command an army.
2. Leaving A Legacy

Designed by Master DS
The next column we will be introducing into our lineup is Leaving A Legacy. Most armies have a Hall of Fame, which they use to commemorate their most notable members. Every edition of Leaving A Legacy will focus on a different Hall of Fame inductee, exploring the events that got them immortalised in an army’s history forever. This column will not only acknowledge each subject’s dedication, but will dive into specific events in an army’s history as well.
3. Penguin Puzzlers

Lastly, Penguin Puzzlers will round out our columns. Taking a more light-hearted approach than our other columns, Penguin Puzzlers will test the knowledge of community members on a multitude of CPA topics, both recent and historical. Each edition will have a specific focus with multiple participants, who will answer questions related to the topic. We hope you have all been paying attention to what has been happening in CPA!
These changes represent more than just routine updates; they embody our commitment to meaningful innovation and sustained excellence in community engagement. While we are no strangers to column features, this evolution marks an intentional step toward more compelling content. To our valued readers: your unwavering support fuels our progress. Additionally, we would like to thank the Graphics Department for bringing the columns to life with brand new thumbnails. As we eagerly anticipate unveiling these new columns, will you join us in celebrating their debut?

Tbh I’m disappointed that undercover troop is going away, it’s my favorite thing to read, I find it entertaining, I always look forward to it, it’s a shame it has to go, hopefully it will come back
