Templars and Water Vikings Face Each Other In Practice Battle

The Templars and Water Vikings both recently participated in the ongoing March Madness X. Unfortunately, the two were knocked out of the tournament in the Quarterfinals. Last week, they took the opportunity to host a practice battle to improve their skills for their next challenges. The Vikings returned after their hiatus in February just in time for the Candy Crusher Brawl, in which they emerged victorious. They soon regained their Major Army Status, making a statement in the community.

The Templars, on the other hand, have been quietly growing, rising on the Weekly Top Tens. Despite an admirable performance in the March Madness Quarter Finals against the Army of Club Penguin, they were unable to secure the win.

Cove – Water Vikings

The battle commenced with TCP entering the room first. They quickly moved into a backwards L formation with a few noticeable gaps, while WV formed a very clean upside-down V. The sizes were 20-10 in WV’s favor. TCP began to slow down as the Vikings remained very active with no AFK troops. The Templars moved out of their form and into a waterfall with a poor defense from WV. The Vikings bombed the room shortly after, with TCP defending very late. TCP proceeded to move into an X with a few more gaps, while the Vikings formed a plus.

The Knights began slowing down in their performance, putting them at a disadvantage. Sizes were 21-12 WV. Both armies rake the room, with WV being more visible. TCP then forms a V as WV moves into a left angle. WV bombed a final time with a poor defense from the Templars. As a result, due to their speed, unique formations & tactics, and size difference, the Vikings won Room 1.

Room 2 saw TCP enter first once more with WV following shortly after. Both armies moved into a plus army however the Vikings were noticeably dominant. Sizes were 19-11 WV. The Vikings managed to cover the Templars while the two were in the same formation. Both armies bomb the room with WV remaining dominant as the two move into the same form – a backwards L – once again. The Vikings dominate the chatbar as TCP slows down. They bomb simultaneously once more and, maintaining the trend, move into identical UT formations. WV bomb with no defense from the Templars before moving into a T form. Due to being more visible, faster, and having better tactics, WV takes Room 2.

Stadium – Water Vikings

The final room showed WV entering the stadium first and quickly moving into a clean V form. TCP counters this with a UV. The sizes were 20-13 in WV’s favor still. The Vikings are seen covering, but TCP’s performance begins to improve. WV rakes and TCP does the same shortly after. TCP moves into a bunched UY and the Vikings into an X. WV was noticed to be slowing down as the battle was close to the end. TCP do a wipe bomb with a good defense from WV.

After completely covering the Templars, WV bombs out and into a UT. TCP were noticed to take time to form a V. Sizes are 18-14 WV. The Vikings’ whirlpool bomb completely covered the Templars. As a result of their faster tactics & forms, creativity, and size difference, WV won Room 3 and therefore won the battle.
