Numerous intense conflicts were seen last week, as the March Madness X tournament, witnessed  Special Weapons and Tactics, Water Vikings, AliensSmart Penguins, Help Force, Scarlet Republic,  The Bastille Vanguard, People’s Imperial Confederation, Templars, and the Elite Guardians fighting across five different battles. Out of the ten, the Templars, Helpers, Rebels, the Republic, Vikings, and the Bastille Vanguard advanced to the Semi-Finals.

This upcoming Saturday will see Vanguards and Doritos battling out first, with another battle between the Help Force and Aliens proceeding it. On Sunday, we will see Templars and Clovers battling first, and Rebels fighting with the Vikings later. The winners will advance to the Semi-Finals, while the remaining four armies will end their journey in the tournament.

Club Penguin Armies approached several active individuals in the community, requesting them to present their predictions on the upcoming Semi-Final battles.

THE BASTILLE VANGUARD vs. doritos

To start the weekend, we see two brother allies meet on the battlefield. Doritos come from a recent dominating streak, recently broken, at the Top of the Top Ten Armies of CPA, whereas the Vanguards come from upsetting People’s Imperial Confederation in Round 1. While this battle inclines more toward the Doritos, it’ll absolutely be a good battle.

DCP vs TBV’s first war battle

Ghostt, SR Leader: 3-0-0 DCP, easy

Lass: EGCP Leader: DCP wins [3-0-0]

Lana, EGCP HCOM: DCP wins [3-0-0]: I believe there is no doubt about this

Yeeter,CPA Cartoonist: DCP wins [3-0-0]: Obvious from the start cuz of the sizes and power its hold

Thuanthaijo: HF Leader: DCP wins [3-0-0]: TBV would need Scars to lead them to even stand a chance against DCP’s size.

aliens vs. Help Force

This is expected to be a close showdown considering the similar sizes both the armies recorded during the previous round. While Help Force are generally dominant in tournaments, Aliens have previously shown that they are capable of coming in triumph in such difficult draws, and hence it’ll be interesting to see who pulls the upper hand and emerges victorious from this battle.

Aliens vs. SP in Qualifiers

Ghostt, SR Leader: 2-1-0 HF, I think that this is a hard one because I want to say Aliens might have the stronger EU/UK division but HF is better with battles overall.

Lass, EGCP Leader: Aliens wins [2-1-1 OT]

Lana, EGCP HCOM:  Help Force wins [2-0-1]: Seeing the development of the two armies during the tournament, I believe it may be a difficult decision, but I think HF has a small advantage

Yeeter, CPA Cartoonist: Help Force wins [2-1-1 OT]: Aliens are picking up the pace in CPAB and so does HF with their anniversary but i do think that HF’s current situation will win this battle

army of club penguin vs. templars

The two armies last met in a war between the two, which was highly dominated by the Army of Club Penguin, hence while the battle inclines more towards the Clovers, Templars come from a victory against the Elite Guardians, and may prove to give a hard competition to the Clovers, hence this battle will be one to watch for; as a tough competition can be expected from the battling armies.

ACP vs. TCP in war

Ghostt, SR Leader: 2-1-0 ACP, I know ACP locks in for tournaments and has a lot of veteran support but TCP showed that they have numbers to compete with them recently.

Lass, EGCP Leader: ACP wins [3-0-0]

Lana, EGCP HCOM: ACP wins [2-0-1]: same argument as Aliens and HF, but as someone who has watched some TCP vs ACP war transmissions, I believe ACP will do better

Thuanthaijo, HF Leader: ACP wins [3-0-0]: ACP has been strong for the past few months. Although TCP hasn’t been doing that bad they aren’t at their best so this should be an easy victory for ACP.

REBEL PENGUIN FEDERATION VS. WATER VIKINGS

The Rebels and Vikings are no strangers to one another, as they have already been paired against each other countless times in tournaments. Most times, the Rebels came out on top. However, in last year’s March Madness finals, the Vikings managed to upset them and claim the clover trophy. Will they be able to beat the Federation once more? Or is RPF winning their third tournament trophy in a row?

WV vs. RPF – MM IX Finals

Ghostt, SR Leader: 1-2-0 WV, This is going to be a close one. I know those are the same 2 armies that were in the grand finals last year so I am expecting it to be close. But considering WV won I want to lean more in their favor just because I’d like to see them win a 2nd year in a row.

Lass: EGCP Leader: RPF wins [2-1-1 OT]

Lana, EGCP HCOM: RPFwins [2-1-1 OT]: This one I’m forward to watch. Both armys have good developments and I believe this will be the most difficult of quarter finals. That’s why I said that RPF may win with OT :c

Yeeter,CPA Cartoonist: RPFwins [2-0-1]: R. P. F. (And also WV, i haven’t seen much progress from them honestly especially their events and sizes)

Thuanthaijo: HF Leader: RPFwins [2-1-0]: WV have been doing well since they returned and they are capable of maxing high at important events. I think RPF will have the advantage here due to their consistent performance over the past few months. They also always do well in tournaments.

As the anticipation for the battles builds, there is no doubt that they will be close. The outcome of these four battles will determine who advances to the Semi-Finals and who must end their journey in this tournament. May the best armies prevail – Club Penguin Armies wishes good luck to all of the armies battling. Who do you think will advance? What do you think will be the outcome of the battles?
