Recently, the army community has witnessed the formation and breaking of many alliances. We explore the recent alliances of the Scarlet Republic and what their new alliance has to offer.

The community welcomed the Scarlet Republic on January 4, under the leadership of Ghostt and Imvge. They hosted their successful opening event on January 12, gathering 21 penguins online. Since then, the army has been stable, attaining stable positions on the weekly top ten armies. They have also recently announced their participation in the upcoming Candy Crusher tournament. Amidst this, on February 5, the Republicans reached out for an alliance with the Special Weapons and Tactics, broken off 6 hours later.

The next day, the Scarlet Republic extended their offer for an alliance with the Dark Pirates of Club Penguin. DPC Leader, Yellow Typer gladly accepted this offer, hence establishing the Scarlet Republic’s first successful allies.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to SWAT leader, Subzero and SR leader, Ghostt, regarding the shortlived alliance.
What initially prompted you to reach out for an alliance?
Subzero: Somebody put me in contact with ghost as he was from og armies like me, I hadn’t even been aware of sr until I’d spoken to him, after chatting it just made sense to form an alliance
Ghostt: Initially we wanted this alliance because Imvge had a slight interest in them before deciding to help me with Scarlet Republic and we also just need help in any way possible since we are a brand new army.
Do you think its quick end hindered greatness achieved together?
Subzero: I would like to think that we could’ve done great things together but I guess this is how the cookie crumbles
Ghostt: I don’t think we missed out on anything great honestly. We will find greatness within other alliances, because we simply felt that the atmosphere in SWATs discord felt toxic and I want to keep that behavior away from SR. Along with questionable things they did that good allies wouldn’t do.
Additionally, CPA reached out to Yellow Typer, alongside Ghostt to capture their insight on their newly formed alliance.
What prompted you to push forth this alliance?
Yellow Typer: I’m very good friends with Ghostt and Imvge. We have attended each other’s events either CPAB or CPJ when it don’t bug. But we are gonna be the best s/m force in CPA frfr. DPC X SR rules!
Ghostt: So Dark Pirates of CP was an alliance we wanted because they are a small army like ourselves and we thought this alliance could be fun and a good way for both armies to get some extra help in whatever way necessary.
Are there any goals you plan to achieve together as new allies?
Yellow Typer: We plan on doing the stuff we’re doing now. Help each other max a good amount of penguins. Since my army is a Ausia division army, we will help them out in Ausia’s and they will help us out in US events. We plan on dominating CPA together lmao.
Ghostt: We don’t necessarily have any specific goal right now we are just aiming to improve together and try to help each other out while we are in the process of growing into something bigger.
It seems that the Scarlet Republic seems excited for their new bond, despite breaking one off. Both SR and DCP remain excited about what remains ahead for them. As they join forces, we shall witness the greatness that awaits. How do you feel about these new allies? Do you think both armies will bring out something special?
