Blinding Lights of War: Templars Launch Invasion Against Weeknds

Templars have declared an on-map war against Weeknds, a newly-revived meme army in the community. Here’s what sparked this unexpected clash.

A NOBLE CRUSADE

On January 17th, the Templars declared war on the newly-revived Weeknds of Club Penguin. This war was taking place on the map since the Templars were set on a mission to recover from their loss of land. This is due to their war back in September with the Secret Service. After a month of intense battles, the Templars surrendered and were forced into a treaty to give up all their land.

A few weeks ago, multiple staff and HCOM members left TCP and revived the Rebel Alliance Commando to fight back. This army then engaged in a war with the Phantom Republic, a TCP proxy. To deal with this rebellion, TCP made it their goal to specifically target the wrongdoers of the army, and current WCP Leader Fun X Time was the first on the “hit list”. In their Declaration of War, the Templars condemned Krill’s actions as “unacceptable” and stated that he must “face the consequences of his actions.”

To gain a clearer understanding of the situation, Club Penguin Armies reached out to representatives from both armies for further insight. Our first interview was with TCP Leader Echo.

What do you expect out of this war?

Well we just won the war which is what I was expecting. It was a nice and simple war sweep

Do you think succeeding in this war will resolve your conflict with the opposing leader?

Never, krill has done and said horrible things about me and my army many of which are all false. He is a hypocrite. We know about the skeletons in his closet and they will fall out soon

Earlier, you mentioned how Krill was first on the “hit list”, does this mean the community should be expecting TCP to address more conflicts with other armies?

That is correct. There are many armies who like to speak about issues that they know nothing about and want to be the first to condemn others yet they are the real people that like to do things and keep it hidden while pointing the finger

Is there anything else you might like to add?

We are coming for you

“We know about the skeletons in his closet” and “We are coming for you”. Bold statements made by Echo. Following this, we interviewed Fun X Time to get his perspective.

How did you find out that TCP declared war on WCP

I found out someone is hurting me when I saw a cute little ping icon next to the “#invasion-scheduling” channel. Upon clicking this peculiar icon, I redirected myself to a bizarre yellow-tinted message. This message contained a link to a website post. This post had a domain, like any other website. This domain was called “cparmytemplars.wordpress.com”. Funny isn’t it?

What was your initial reaction?

My initial reaction was, satisfaction. I had been working on a social experiment, and my work was finally complete. This experiment was to test which army would first invade the Weeknds and why. I predicted it to be the Army of Club Penguin, because they previously showed their invasive nature in invading Scars of Club Penguin’s land indirectly from SWAT in 2024. However, it turned out to be the Templars. I also wanted to test their reasoning of war. Their alleged anger was essentially a response to some random yap I might have done in the CPA main chat a few days ago, but it was a petty reason, so, of course, I do not think their reason is impactful. The social experiment also led to another important observation—the reasoning of TCP’s declaration of war. I have successfully understood the XOtic [exotic] nature of an insane Templar brain. Yes, severe obsession with The Weeknd. As a leader of a meme army, I have to ensure that every meme aspect is taken into consideration when it comes to Abel Tesfaye’s affairs. The Templars made it possible today.

With the Templars confirming plans to address further conflicts with other armies, it is clear the community can expect more TCP-related clashes, and this war is unlikely to end the TCP-WCP dispute. But what do you think? Will the Knights make peace with their alleged “wrongdoers”? Or will Krill’s supposed “social experiments” bring us more drama within the community? What can we expect from the allegations currently surfacing within the community?
