During the previous week, the community witnessed the formation of a new alliance as the Water Vikings and Aliens officially strengthened their relations. Let’s dive into what occurred and explore the reasoning behind this decision.

The Water Vikings and Aliens are both extremely well-known armies within the community. The Aliens are celebrated for their friendly nature, while the Vikings are known for their competitive drive. On December 28, during the Water Vikings’ birthday event, the Aliens officially announced their alliance. This moment marked a significant milestone for both armies.

Meanwhile, on the Water Vikings’ side, they officially announced the alliance with the Aliens in their birthday post. This was a certainly a lovely way to start a new chapter.

Before the alliance was publicized, both the Vikings and Aliens participated in Project Conquest: Blood Bowl together, but had no direct interactions during those tournaments. Their only interaction occurred on December 3, 2024 when they hosted a practice battle event and requested judges from Club Penguin Army Judges, just before Christmas Chaos XIV began.

With the new alliance formed, Club Penguin Armies reached out to Raven, Water Vikings Leader and BestPenguin, Aliens Leader, to answer a few questions and provide insight into their decision.
What would you say was the reason for this alliance?
BestPenguin: Aliens and Water Vikings are good friends, We did a practice battle together before cc which helped aliens to experience a real battle and boosted our confidence for the quarterfinals.The main reason for our alliance was to strengthen our relations and grow together.
Raven: The community is changing. Truth is vanishing. War is coming.
What do you expect to come from this new alliance?
BestPenguin: I expect that we would have strong relations and will be kind & helpful to each other.
Raven: I believe we can learn a lot from eachother and that will make both of us improve faster. Other than that, which is the most important: Lots of fun!
Do you have any goals to achieve together as new allies?
BestPenguin: Hopefully together we can achieve the goal to inspire other armies to have strong relations like us where armies can grow together with love and support.
