HOLIDAY PARTIES

The Holiday Parties were one of the most crucial and awaited parties in Club Penguin. This is because of the wonderfully designed rooms, and the massive amount of items you could get through the parties, including puffles, clothing, etc. Most of the rooms were given a fabulous Christmas touch for the party. These Holiday Parties were initially named Christmas Parties but were renamed in the 2009 edition. They have been called Holiday Party since up until the migration to Club Penguin Island. The only exception to this was the promotional Merry Walrus party in 2014.

Over the years, Club Penguin has hosted 4 Christmas Parties, 7 Holiday Parties, and 1 promotional Merry Walrus party, totaling 12 parties. This party generally took place for around 2 weeks. However, the only exception was the final edition of this party in 2016, which lasted for about a month before paving the way for the Club Penguin Island party. Each retained the Christmas theme, with numerous in-game goodies like Igloo and Clothing items. Unique decorations would be all across the Island, leading these parties to be a highly anticipated part of each year.

Now here is my ranking of the Top 5 Holiday Parties.

5. HOLIDAY PARTY 2013

This edition began on 19th December and concluded on the 2nd January. It saw Rockhopper visiting as the sole mascot. Most of the rooms were decorated in the event of this party. It marked the first presence of a railway line, however the annual Santa Sleigh was discontinued In this edition and marked the permanent discontinuation of the Bakery. Coins of Change continued its appearance, but this time rewards could be obtained from the same. However, with the introduction of things like railway lines, and rewards for Coins for Change, it takes the last place among the Best Holiday Parties.

4. HOLIDAY PARTY 2015

Having begun on December 16th, it saw Rockhopper visiting alongside his Migrator until its conclusion on January 6th. The majority of the rooms were decorated for this occasion, with Coins for Change and Santa Sleigh being present. The Olaf Puffle and Crystal Puffle made their first appearance during this party. The party offered numerous goodies such as Igloos, Furniture, and Clothing items to its attendees. An advent calendar was present. Marking the presence of good room decorations, and numerous goodies, this edition takes fourth place among the best Holiday Parties.

3. HOLIDAY PARTY 2016

This was the final Holiday Party of Club Penguin, which began on 30th November and lasted up until January 4th. There were numerous quests available to be done, the Advent Calendar made another appearance alongside Santa Sleigh, Coins of Change was available, Rockhopper visited throughout this party with Migrator docked, and a large number of items were present to mark the final annual party. The Olaf and Crystal Puffles made their return to Club Penguin. A notable addition to this party was the presence of the Frostbite transformation. Having contained a lot of activities to be done, serving as the final Holiday Party, this edition takes third place among the best Holiday Parties.

2. HOLIDAY PARTY 2009

This was the first edition of the “Holiday” Party. It began on December 18th and concluded on December 29th. It was the first party to have the rooms themed with a night sky. This saw a clear majority of the rooms decorated, including the EPF Command Room and the Ninja Hideout. The party also marked the introduction of the Santa Sleigh which marked its way to the subsequent Holiday Parties. The Santa Suit was available through the Sleigh, and the other items available for this Party were Santa Hat and Candy Cane Hat. Aunt Arctic and Rockhopper made appearances for this party. The Migrator was docked throughout the party, making the treasure hunt mini-game available, with the goodies from Rockhopper’s Rare Items. The traditional Coins for Change was also available.

Since this marked the foundation of Holiday Parties, with numerous things like Santa Sleigh being inspired for future parties, it takes the second spot.

1. HOLIDAY PARTY 2011

This edition of the party began on December 15th and ended on December 29th. It saw the presence of some wonderfully designed rooms, the introduction of the Bakery room, and new rewards for the returning Santa Sleigh.
