To nobody’s surprise, the Scars of Club Penguin announced yet another alliance. This time, Scars plan to strengthen their bonds with the People’s Imperial Confederation. What led them to this move?

Last month, the community witnessed the revival of the remarkable Scars of Club Penguin, a meme army originated in response to Scars‘ banishment from the Doritos of Club Penguin. Under the leadership of Scars himself and 54x, they managed to max a total of 10 troops in their reopening event. Thus, the fifth generation of Scars of CP commenced.
Scars in a recent event
Shortly after their revival, the army rapidly formed several alliances, such as with the Templars, Special Weapons and Tactics, and Spartans. Furthermore, on September 3, the Scars formally announced a brother alliance with the newly-opened Church of Aurora, marking a robust meme army alliance. Later on the 15th, they announced an alliance with the Nether Knights of Club Penguin. Two days later, they finally included the People’s Imperial Confederation in their diplomacy page.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to Scars himself and PIC Commander-in-Chief Alucard to learn more about the circumstances that led to this alliance.
What were your objectives when you decided to form this alliance?
Alucard, PIC’s Leader: Well, Scars of CP is the best army around so it would be idiotic to not ally with them, the main objective from this was to establish positive relationships between the two armies.
Scars, SCP’s Leader: Our objectives were to strengthen relations between the two armies and grow together!
What benefits will this alliance bring to both armies?
Alucard, PIC’s Leader: We benefit from this alliance cus we were promised Scars of CP phone cases.

Scars, SCP’s Leader: We hope to get both armies to major, and to reach great heights!
Are you positive that this partnership will last long?
Alucard, PIC’s Leader: We are very positive that this relationship will last a long time
Scars, SCP’s Leader: I am positive that this alliance will last as we have been close throughout our time here!
It seems that both army representatives are positive that this alliance will benefit them – in some unique ways – and will last long. We wish both armies a very happy future of mutual relationships.
