Club Penguin Armies Introduces Stories

As September comes to an end, we are thrilled to announce an exciting development at Club Penguin Armies. With that, we aim to significantly broaden the scope of creative opportunities available to our talented reporters and writers.

Stories

Designed by Legoman

The success of Club Penguin Armies‘s Media Department is undoubted, undeniable, and indisputable. Our primary goal in the reporting team is to constantly deliver articles of quality, enjoying columns, and interesting editorials, and provide nothing else but the truthfulness of the facts – not mere narratives. But of course, we cannot neglect our commitment to ensuring our community is also entertained by our work.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce that CPA is expanding its platform’s capabilities to include the publication of stories, novels, and tales. This new venture is designed to not only enrich our content offerings but also to provide our esteemed writers with a canvas to express their creativity and storytelling prowess. We would like to remind our writers and readers that all stories, of course, will take place in the universe of CP Armies.

CPA STORIES

If you are still unsure about what this means, here is what the website Literary Terms says:

story or narrative is a connected series of events told through words (written or spoken), imagery (still and moving), body language, performance, music, or any other form of communication. You can tell a story about anything, and the events described can be real or imaginary; covering both fiction and nonfiction; and leaving no topic, genre, or style untouched. There are stories about all things and all times; past, present, and future. Whenever you’re telling somebody about a series of events, you are telling a story, no matter what the subject or when they occurred. As such, stories are of great value to human culture and are some of the oldest, most important parts of life.

Here is an example of the concept of a story that would be publishable on our platform:

The Mystery of Magic Mare

Concept: the story is about Magic Mare, a wicked witch that stole the sacred book of the Church of Aurora. Now, the great wizards of Klondike will go on an exciting adventure to defeat Mare and recover their holy book.

Stories will be published with a predetermined frequency: weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc. That way, we can always get that feeling of anxiety trying to guess what will happen in the next chapters of the stories!

If you are interested in writing a story for Club Penguin Armies, you are more than invited to send an application stating your desire to work as a story writer in our department.

content guidelines

To ensure a seamless transition and maintain the high standard of quality our readers expect, we have implemented specific guidelines for submitting and publishing fictional works. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

  1. Originality: All submissions must be original works that have not been published elsewhere. We are looking for fresh, engaging content that reflects our organization’s commitment to quality and innovation.
  1. Content Guidelines: While we encourage creativity, all stories and novels must align with our editorial standards. Please avoid sensitive topics that could potentially harm our organization’s reputation or alienate our audience.
  • It is mandatory that the story’s universe be that of the armies. Beyond that, the author is free to choose the theme and any other aspect of it.
  • Obscene (18+) or grotesque narratives will not be allowed. Thus, obscene, sexual, or grotesque vocabulary is prohibited.
  • Images and illustrations will only be allowed if they are related to the writing.
  • Language must have a minimum of order (use of capital letters, full stops, speech indicators, etc.). Unnecessary abbreviations should be avoided. The usage of the reporting guide is still recommended to handle the formatting.

It has always been our priority to provide the community with content that is not limited to news and current events solely. Thus, I thank the organization’s Administration and my fellow editors for supporting this brand-new venture. We are excited to see what is to come in the future. Expect the first story to be out very soon! We wish our community a good read.
