Following Shallissa’s retirement on July 28, a new member took over the leadership position within the Confederation. Let us learn more about the exciting path of Kobi.

March 30, 2024, marked the beginning of Kobi‘s voyage, also known as Snaqe. One of his classmates invited him to join the Napalm Corps. Although he enlisted, he never engaged in events or spoke with other soldiers. About three weeks later, he began to show interest. He learned the basic concepts of armies and eventually registered for a Club Penguin Army: Battleground account. He later took a lengthy sabbatical from armies.
The person who recruited him advised him to enlist in a new army once more because Napalm Corps had merged into it. Therefore, on June 30, 2023, after listening to a classmate, he joined the People’s Imperial Confederation. He was elevated to Moderator rank at PIC following a week of involvement in events and the chat room. In January 2024, he was promoted to the rank of High Command Member after demonstrating some dedication.

He was actively participating in the community and recruiting more frequently. As the months passed, he swiftly advanced to the positions of 3ic, 2ic, and ultimately Leader-in-Training. In May, he received a promotion to Leader in training and was admitted as a new member of the Congress of Soviets that same month. Finally, on July 28, Kobi was sworn in as the 38th Commander-in-Chief of PIC.

Kobi was contacted by Club Penguin Armies to discuss his goals as a leader and his response to the promotion.
What were your emotions upon being appointed as the leader, Kobi?
I felt great about it! It was a fun experience for me since I cannot forget the day I was appointed as Moderator and now I am here; appointed as the 38th CiC of PIC. Me still remembering that day also made me felt happy about my induction
Could you provide specific details or examples about your experiences with the People Imperial Confederation that have been especially notable or meaningful to you?
I think the most notable moments I’ve had in PIC was participating in Beach Brawl III then later winning it, it was notable to me since it was PIC’S first ever trophy, but ofc, all of my moments in the army were notable and meaningful to me; especially the members I’ve met.
Are there any objectives you would like to accomplish during your tenure?
As of right now, I have no other objectives to try and achieve in my tenure. Maybe acquire Legend in PIC? I’m just not sure but in the near future, maybe I would have a proper objective.
Kobi, what advice do you have for your colleagues and comrades?
Don’t lose hope, you can accomplish your achievements just like me. Even if your still Moderator or just a casual troop, you will achieve your goals and thus maybe even become a CPA Legend! Never lose hope and don’t forget that.
Kobi appears delighted and hopeful about his new role as a leader. We can’t wait to watch him flourish in his leadership position and steer the People’s Imperial Confederation into an enormous success.
