On August 3, a member of the Winged Hussars was inducted as a leader. Today, we will be learning more about Mrs Potts, the newest addition to the Winged Hussars’ leadership.
Mrs. Potts‘ army journey started on December 2, 2023. This was when she stumbled across Winged Hussars recruiting on the Ski Hill on the CPPS NewCP. She became intrigued by the army members’ recruiting and decided to join.
Upon arriving at WH, Mrs Potts started at the lowest rank, Lisowczyk. Despite having no experience within armies, she loved the original Club Penguin, and it brought back nostalgia when she found out about NewCP, being able to play once again.
When joining WH, Mrs Potts attended the army’s first opening event on December 17, 2023. At the event, the army immediately maxed 10 troops. Due to achieving this number, the army registered officially to the league, Club Penguin Armies.
After participating in a few events within the army, Mrs. Potts quickly rose through the ranks. She was recognized for her contributions and hard work. As a result, WH leader Shinzo offered her the position of Szlachta, a crucial role in the army’s democratic group.
As the months went on, Mrs. Potts continued to climb the ranks quickly due to her hard work and passion for the army. In June, she earned a promotion to the role of Regimentarz, Leader in Training. Mrs. Potts took on more responsibilities, such as making decisions and proposing tactics for wars and regular events.
Most recently, on August 3, a surprising announcement changed the history of the Winged Hussars. Shinzo announced that Mrs. Potts would be the newest leader of WH. In his announcement, Shinzo explained that she is strategic, committed, and has consistently played a vital role in the army.
Club Penguin Armies reached out to Mrs. Potts to learn more about her reaction to the promotion and her plans as a leader.
What was your reaction to getting inducted recently as the newest Winged Hussars leader?
I was absolutely thrilled to be inducted as the new Leader, as it was my main goal when I first joined to get to the top (I’m generally quite competitive in that sense). Naturally, I was also slightly nervous too, I dont want to let down my fellow leaders and friends, so I plan to work hard so they are sure they didn’t make the wrong choice.
What are you hoping to accomplish throughout your leading career?
In my career as a leader, I really want to see the WH grow to become major. I love our community as it is now, but I want to play my part in watching it expand and thrive into the wonderful community I know it can be. With that in mind, I guess my biggest goal will be to put a great emphasis on the importance of recruitment, whilst also primarily keeping people active.
Can you give us any advice for someone who’s hoping to achieve leader on day?
The best way to become a leader is just to be yourself. Push yourself out of your comfort zone. For me or others like me, it can be just as simple as striking up a conversation in a general channel. Get yourself noticed, and you can be sure you’ll be destined for greatness.
What is your most memorable moment so far in Winged Hussars?
I’d say it was probably our war against the Dark Pirates. For me, I played a huge role in this by making tactics fit for our war effort, and ultimately, our triumph. Although I did not lead in these battles, Im sure my fellow leaders will agree when I say I felt I contributed a good amount to our success, and I hope to continue doing that in the future 🙂
Mrs Potts seems extremely thrilled and full of hope in her new position as a leader. We are excited to see her thrive in her leadership role and lead the Winged Hussars to great accomplishments under her guidance. Club Penguin Armies wishes Mrs Potts good luck with all her future hopes of accomplishments.
