This comic consists of two panels. The first panel shows a Secret Service agent informing a blue penguin that the breaking news about a Service revival is not entirely true. Unfortunately, the second panel shows said Secret Service penguin protecting an Aliens spacecraft crashing down on the island. It seems like there are some truth to the rumors.
